Meltable Products:
Such products like body butter may melt in transit. If a product should melt please put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies, this will not change the properties of the cream only the texture. We are not responsible for melted items. Although, we will take every measure to protect packages from heat. We don't offer heat protection.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care; we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out by the United States Postal Service https://www.usps.com/.

A tracking number will be attached to the email that is provided on the invoice.  Please allow three days to be processed, because we make the body butter and face cream at the time of ordering.
